Can i change the plan at any time?
Yes, you can change the plan from account settings or by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
from your registered email id.
What happens if i exceed my monthly active users limit?
We will not restrict you from hiring more candidates. If you exceed the target candidates to be recruited annually included in your plan you will be charged the price for additional recruitments.
How does billing work?
We will send you an email asking to securely connect your payment details, or you can use the payment gateway using a credit card. You will be charged the fee as defined by the option you choose in advance for the month.
