On Caydre you create your CaydreProfile, a visual profile that assist Recruiters to evaluate candidates.
Q: How to create a CaydreProfile?
You can create a CaydreProfile CV through your Caydre account. Once you have created and confirmed your Caydre account, please log in and navigate to your personal dashboard to create your CaydreProfile. We will guide you step-by-step from your personal dashboard.
You cannot post or upload CVs.
CaydreProfile is our is a feature of Caydre and is not required to apply to jobs on our site. If you would like to apply to jobs using your own CV file, you may do so by uploading it whenever an Indeed Apply window pops up, or when an employer takes you to an external site, you may upload it there.
Q: How do I edit my CaydreProfile?
To edit your CaydreProfile:
- Log into your Caydre account
- Edit your profile from your personal dashboard.
- Few sections of the CaydreProfile are not editable.
Q: How do I download and print my CaydreProfile?
CaydreProfile is not downloadable. You can share it using a link. Click on the link icon and paste in your email message. The person who you invite will need to log in to see your profile.
Q: Make my CaydreProfile visible.
Your CaydreProfile is your private profile. You can show it to people you invite to view it.
Q: How do I send my CaydreProfile to an employer?
You can share it using a link. Click on the link icon and paste in your email message to an employer. The person who you invite will need to log in to see your profile.
Q: Can I use my CV’s original formatting, style, and chronology?
We want to keep CaydreProfile uniform so that employers can review them quickly and easily. You can only use the format and style as designed by Caydre.
Q: Use a cover letter.
Caydre takes your profile to employers. We do not have an option of adding cover letters. Since you can share a link to the CaydreProfile, you can send the link using your own cover letter.
Q: I cannot log into my account.
If you are having difficulty logging into your account, follow the steps below:
Reset your password.
If you would like to reset your password, please visit the Sign in link in the upper right-hand corner of any Caydre page.
Click Forgot Your Password? at the bottom of the login box, then enter the email address associated with your Caydre account and click Submit. Check your spam or junk folder if you do not see the email in your inbox.
If you accidentally created a Caydre account with a typo in your email or if you no longer have access to the email address, unfortunately, you will not be able to recover the password for the account and will need to create a new account.
Q: Confirm my email / account.
To confirm your account, first check your inbox (associated with the email address you used to register with Indeed) to see if you received a confirmation email from us.
The account confirmation email includes a Confirm Your Email Address link. Click this link to confirm your account.
If you did not receive a confirmation email from us, open your Spam Email folders to see if the email was directed there. Please also include support@caydre.com as a safe sender for any spam blocking software.
If you are still unable to find your account confirmation email (after ensuring it has not been marked as spam), or if you have difficulty confirming your account, please submit a request to our Customer Support team using the link below.

Caydre provides these recommended guidelines to enhance your experience on the site and to help foster professional communication between you and the employer.
Please bear in mind that violating one of the guidelines could result in your account being closed:

Q: What is CaydreProfile Assessments?
We have designed CaydreProfile assessments to help employers quickly find candidates they need. Employers can use it to send skills tests to candidates and then see how candidates perform in relation to others that have taken the same assessment.
Q: How do CaydreProfile assessments work?
Caydre has included assessments in CaydreProfile. While preparing their CaydreProfile preparation a candidate will receive an email invitation with instructions on how to complete the assessment.
Q: How long does it take to complete an assessment?
The assessment takes 20 to 30 minutes.
Q: Does it cost anything to complete an assessment?
CaydreProfile assessments are completely free for all applicants.
Q: Is completing an assessment a requirement?
Completing assessments is an important part of CaydreProfile and speeds up recruitment. The profile is incomplete without the assessment.
Q: Taking an Assessment from a phone
It is recommended that the CaydreProfile is prepared on a laptop or desktop. We do not recommend taking the assessments on your mobile phone or tablet.
Q: Do I have to send my assessment results to an employer?
Assessment results are considered part of your confidential CaydreProfile. Only employers registered with Caydre will receive your CaydreProfile automatically after your CaydreProfile is complete. You can also email links to your CaydreProfile to whomsoever you wish.
Q: Can I retake a CaydreProfile assessment?
The process does not allow candidates to retake assessments. However, if you have left an assessment incomplete a new link can be generated to start the assessment afresh. Please also see the next question.
Q: Seeing my score or which questions I answered correctly.
All answers that you give during the assessment are right. There are no wrong answers. The results of the assessment are shared with you entirely.
Q: What happens after I complete my CaydreProfile?
Your CaydreProfile is seen only by companies who are registered with Caydre and are seeking candidates. No one has access to your CaydreProfile. Companies you mail links to the CaydreProfile will get temporary access to your CaydreProfile.
Every company has a different hiring process. You will engage with the company through your personal recruitment dashboard. They will message you on the platform and you will be able to see and respond to their messages through your personal recruitment dashboard. Caydre will send notifications to you as and when you have messages that require your attention.
